With deep roots in South Jersey and more than two decades of real estate experience, Elise Alperin Waldman brings exceptional local knowledge, professionalism, and personalized service to every transaction. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Elise relocated to the shore area in 1986 and spent 18 years serving the community through leadership roles at the Jewish Community Center in Margate, including Camp by the Sea Director and Senior Adult Coordinator.

Since 2005, Elise has been a trusted real estate professional with Marketplace Realty in Margate, specializing in leisure, luxury, and investment properties throughout both the Island and Mainland communities. Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and client-first approach, Elise is dedicated to creating a seamless and rewarding real estate experience for buyers and sellers alike.

A longtime resident of Linwood, Elise and her husband Mitchell have raised their family in the area and remain deeply connected to the communities they serve.
